The Edible Culture Welcomes You
You Are Now Entering the World of The Edible Culture.
Thank you for visiting The Edible Culture and talking food with me. My name is Alicia, but my friends call me Sheeba and I'm a born and raised Hoosier, my home base is Indianapolis, Indiana.
I always get caught up talking about food at every other job I've ever had and I would get lost in the fantasy while describing a perfect bowl of steamed mussels or a killer burger I'd tried. Whether it's a humble meal on a budget or the sky is the limit, I have the right place in mind. Take away the stigma of fine dining or fast food and give me GOOD FOOD without the smoke and mirrors.
Here on my blog, I can guaranteed you I will be blatantly honest and candid about my thoughts and feelings surrounding the hospitality industry, fine dining, and food and beverage overall. I want to preface my blog in saying I am not a chef and my blog expresses my personal taste and opinions. I hope you will explore the world of food with me. While I try new foods, new dishes and share my experiences and favorites with you all, I hope you will have the courage to expand your palate and try some new things.
